About the Role

We are currently on the lookout for enthusiastic, fun-loving individuals to join our Birthday Host Team and help make magical experiences for birthday party guests!
As a part-time Team Merlin Birthday Host, you will play an essential role in creating lifelong memories for our guests by providing an engaging and magical environment. Your role will include delivering the highest standards of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge to ensure an optimal and memorable experience for all visitors.
**Pay:** $16.50 per hour, paid weekly
**Availability:** Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and at least one weekday
Responsibilities:
- Bring an enthusiastic, energetic approach to Guest Service, demonstrating the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
- Seek out guest contact with boundless fun energy, delivering unforgettable experiences to every birthday party guest.
- Manage extended lines safely and efficiently, ensuring an excellent guest experience throughout.
- Maintain well-stocked displays and points of sale in all public areas, keeping them clean and tidy for opening and throughout the day.
- Follow detailed opening and closing procedures as outlined in the department’s operating plan.
- Uphold Health, Safety & Security standards within the workplace, including compliance with COVID-19 policies and regulations.
